Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BRIEFCASE ("the Service"), operated by U.S. Global Solutions Corp., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BRIEFCASE is a business management platform offering point-of-sale, inventory, CRM, real estate, payroll, invoicing and related tools, along with an AI assistant ("Briefy") to help you operate them. Features vary by subscription plan (Free, Pro, Business).

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business, financial and customer data you enter.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be legally able to enter into contracts to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. Prices and included limits are shown at checkout and in the Pricing page. You may cancel at any time from Settings; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. BRIEFCASE does not control bank/card processing times, which depend on Stripe and your bank.

5. AI Assistant (Briefy)

Briefy helps you navigate the app and can execute certain actions you request (e.g. creating a record). Briefy may occasionally make mistakes; always verify financial totals, taxes, and important data before relying on them. BRIEFCASE is not liable for decisions made solely on Briefy's suggestions.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into BRIEFCASE. You may export your data at any time from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and used.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to access another user's business data without authorization
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Tax, payroll and financial calculations are provided as tools to assist your business and do not replace a licensed accountant or tax advisor. BRIEFCASE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
